I swam for about 20 minutes and did three rounds on the rowing machine today.
I had to wait outside the house for a while to tell my rental car driver about the tricky parking situation. Then I suddenly remembered reading that waiting is the best moment to practice mindfulness. I just sat with my anxiety.
It made me happy that someone reached out to me and had good things to say about my character. That really meant a lot these days.
I transcribed a Japanese quotation book and read some articles from NHK. I also took my AI course lesson as usual, but I'm glad I'm getting back into my routine.
I came up with three toy ideas and realized I'm really scattered these days. Can't help it though — gotta use the energy somewhere.
I should make time for this tomorrow.
